Declaration and Disclaimer

SOHAM BOOKS LLP was incorporated in India on 22 October 2026 under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLPIN ADD-4204). It is a body corporate with a legal personality distinct from that of its partners, and carries on publishing under the name So’ham Books. SOHAM BOOKS LLP is a separate legal entity from the publishing concern that formerly carried on operations under the name So’ham Books (year 2000–2009), and claims only literary continuance of its legacy. The earlier concern ceased operations in or about the year 2009.
